   This enables the potential for long time growth in partnership in building together.
    
2. Proven Potential
• Track record of an establishing work
• Reputable among ministers and church leaders
• Able to network with leaders on an interdenominational level
• Able to coordinate large and multi-tiered projects
   
3. Vision
• Expansive in thinking with emphasis on�
• Evangelism
• Leadership Development
• Church Planting
• World Missions
   
4. Needs a Strategic Partnership to Expand
   This person has a vision larger than his current resources are able to support. He is seeking God's provision for a partnering ministry to help reinforce the development of his vision.
    
5. Influential
• Among pastors (young and old)
• Accepted and respected in the community
   
6. Motivated
• Demonstrates dynamic qualities of "making things happen" in the Lord's work
• Demonstrates ability to mobilize
• Demonstrates ability to provide training and support for pastors and church leaders
   
7. Priority of Church Planting
• Churches have already been planted under his leadership
• In the process of launching new church planting teams
• Possesses a evangelism, leadership training and church planting system
• Possesses a basic and developing administrative structure to support the growth of new churches
